Big Tigger Denies Abuse Allegations, Addresses Rumors In Public Statement
Atlanta radio personality Big Tigger returned to the airwaves Friday after a four-day absence to address rumors circulating online involving his wife, Alicia Brown, and co-host Francesca Amiker. The controversy gained attention after Brown posted a video to her verified Instagram account showing apparent injuries around her left eyebrow while appearing emotional. The post fueled widespread speculation across social media before being removed.
On Thursday, Big Tigger publicly responded to the allegations in a statement shared on Instagram, firmly denying the claims. “I want to say categorically that these allegations and accusations that have been circulating are false,” he wrote. He also addressed rumors involving Francesca Amiker, stating that the two have never been anything more than friends and professional colleagues, while apologizing for any impact the speculation may have had on her.
The veteran broadcaster also requested privacy as he and his family work through the situation and thanked supporters who have followed his decades-long career in radio and entertainment. The statement follows several days of online debate sparked by social media posts from Alicia Brown that accused him of abuse before later being deleted. As of publication, no criminal charges related to the allegations have been announced, and Big Tigger continues to deny the accusations.
